Return and Exchange Policy

At Two Trails Design, all our products are custom-printed to order, ensuring each item is made specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or mistakes made when placing an order. However, we do our best to provide solutions to ensure you’re satisfied with your experience.

1. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Customer Mistakes

If you are unhappy with your purchase or made an error when ordering, we offer the following one-time discount options for reordering the correct product:

  • 50% Off Reorder Coupon: If the request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • 40% Off Reorder Coupon: If the request is made within 8–30 days of receiving your order.

After 30 days, no discounts or coupons will be offered. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


2. Returns/Exchanges for Errors on Our End

If we make a mistake, such as:

  • Sending the wrong size, color, or design.
  • Delivering a defective or damaged item.
  • Producing an item with significant printing flaws.

Please email us at info@twotrailsdesign.com with:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photo evidence of the problem.

Once verified, we will promptly send you a replacement item at no additional cost or offer an alternative resolution.

Due to human involvement in our DTG printing process, slight variations in design placement (up to 0.5'' to 1'') are possible and considered acceptable. 


3. Proof of Purchase Required

All claims must include proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt. This ensures we can locate your order and address your concerns quickly.


4. How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a return, exchange, or coupon request, email us at info@twotrailsdesign.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A description of the issue or reason for your request.
  • Photos of the item (if applicable).

 

Additional Information

  • Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All custom-printed items are final sale and cannot be restocked or resold.
  • Minor variations in design placement or color are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
