The most accurate way to size this is to measure a hoodie you already own and like.
Lay it flat. Measure straight across from one underarm seam to the other, then match that number to the Width column. These are garment measurements, taken flat, not measurements around your body.
For Length, measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
This hoodie runs small. The manufacturer recommends ordering one size up from your usual, and the numbers agree: a large here measures 23 inches across, an inch narrower than most hoodies at the same size. If you want it to wear like a normal hoodie, size up. If you want it close to the body, stay true to size and expect it to feel fitted.
