All our items are made to order and typically take 1-3 days to process before shipping
Please contact us first for all return/exchange requests at Returns/Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. For other issues, please contact us to discuss a possible return or exchange. If there's an error on our part, we will take full responsibility and provide a solution.

While we can't accept a return, we consider each situation carefull and sometimes offer a coupon for you to reorder the correct item.
Due to human involvement in our DTG printing process, slight variations in design placement (up to 0.5'' to 1'') are possible and considered acceptable.
Not at this time, but we happily accept requests for trail names that we can explore to see if it fits into our B Side Collection.

Absolutely! We love reviewing requests for custom designs for our customers, including specific trail names or themes. Just send us your idea, and if it sparks our interest and fits our brand we will let you know once we release that requested design!
